    Blinder of a grinder

    Customer service was great in helping me decide on this grinder. The grinder itself is spot on, it has lots of grind settings for every kind of brew. It does hold some coffee but im no expert and doesn't bother me too much. Also looks great and I would highly recommend.

    Poor retention, high maintenance, frustrating experience

    Nice grinder on paper, the grind size is pretty consistent, but:

    - the grinder settings adjustment are too wide for espresso, making it difficult to dial it; not to mention the inner ring adjustments which are hit and miss

    - ground coffee is everywhere, so wiping up the grinder and the desk underneath and around it is a daily routine; the cup is too short, so 1cm gap is enough to for coffee to spread across the table top evenly

    - ground coffee actually scratches the plastic when gets under the magnetic cup

    Verdict: avoid at all costs!

    Easy to jam and high maintenance

    I bought this grinder about 18 months ago. At first I was amazed by the quality of grinding. Over the past 6 months or so I have experinced increasing clogging, needing to clean it almost every other day. Of late, it spills grinded coffee outside of the recipient, making a whole new mess in the kitchen. Despite its clean aesthetics, it requires daily maintenance now. I would not recommend or buy again
